Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Agreement
By visiting, registering, or using any part of the partaitogel platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the partaitogel platform. Registering a second or additional account is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active phone number. False or incomplete information may result in your account being temporarily frozen pending verification, or permanently closed if verification fails.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, including your username and password. partaitogel will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
As a partaitogel platform user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Sharing your account with another person or transferring account ownership
- Using your account for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity
- Any attempt to hack, exploit, or interfere with the platform's security systems
- Providing false information to the customer support team
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information
All financial transactions on the partaitogel platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept payments in foreign currencies and does not offer currency exchange services.
Deposits can be made via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and supported Malaysian local banks. Deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited within a short timeframe. Minimum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed during the payment process.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by the platform. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit. partaitogel reserves the right to hold withdrawals if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details provided are correct before submitting a withdrawal request. partaitogel is not liable for any delays or failed withdrawals resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Partaitogel reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these terms and conditions
- Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age
- Suspected fraudulent activity, attempted money laundering, or other illegal activities
- Registration of more than one account by the same individual
- Use of false personal information or information belonging to another individual
- Attempting to exploit technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform's systems
If your account is suspended pending investigation, you may be contacted by the partaitogel support team for verification purposes. Any balance in an account closed due to a terms violation may not be refunded, subject to case assessment.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team by email at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after identity verification has been completed.
Partaitogel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Service disruptions due to maintenance or technical issues
- Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account
- Inaccuracies in third-party information displayed on the platform
- Game or betting outcomes that are not in your favour
